THE SCOOP:
Prior to the Ride-
Sign in and bring waiver (attached)
THIS IS NOT A RACE!!!
Be confident you can ride the distance that you chose. We will have
some but limited support. So make sure you and your bike are well
prepared!
Bicycle and Supplies- Please check your bike over prior to Epic Ride
Day. Make sure it is in GOOD shape including your tires and chain.
Please have 2+ tubes and CO2 cartridges.
THIS IS IMPORTANT!!! Please make arrangements to have a “ride buddy”
that you can call just in case you need a ride or have an emergency.
Please sign the Two-wheel Jones Waiver form prior to launch.
Now go and ride!
Use the Buddy System! Please have someone at your same athletic
ability to ride with.

During the ride
PLEASE PACE YOURSELF! This is not a race!
Be careful on the Beeline, there is usually lots of gravel and debrison the shoulder. Single file is what we recommend.
Have enough bike supplies with you!
BE self- sufficient and bring your own food and water. There are
plenty of places along the way to stop off in case you need a
restroom, food, water etc..
IPOD/ music, (highly discouraged) however, if you do, use only one
ear bud please.
Obey all Traffic Laws at all times
Have a ride available in case of an emergency.
DESIGNATED SAG STOPS: We will have designated SAG at Bush HWY and
51st ave/Pecos (Chevron Station).
HAVE A FABULOUS ATTITUDE AND HAVE FUN!
After the ride
Dinner and beverages at Streets of New York. They have a great menu
with lots of choices. Great place to bring the family. 10% of bill
goes back to TWJ RACING AND AZ TRI CLUB!
Share your EPIC Ride experience with EVERYONE!
See you on Saturday!
Trish
